We are delighted to announce the opening of Riverbrae Scout Group.

The Group will be an Additional Support Needs Scout Group that will be located within Riverbrae School in Linwood.

Rachael Crombie has been appointed as Group Scout Leader. Rachael is well known to the District through her role at Howwood Scout Group and also as an assistant within the School.

The Scout Group will operate during the school day and form part of the curriculum. The Group will initially open with a Cub Pack.

Riverbrae School covers the whole of Renfrewshire and will also have young people that live within the Scouting District of Paisley.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the young people and is fully supported by the District.

The opening of Riverbrae is the 3rd new Scout Group that the District has opened in the last 4 years (also Linwood & Johnstone Fordbank)
